1 cup s.r flour or rice flour if wheat intolerant
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup vegetable oi
1 cup shredded carrot
Mix all the ingredients and put in cake cases & bake for 20-30 mins @ 180 degrees
Cream cheese frosting
12oz cream cheese
2 tsp honey
Mix together and spoon on top of the cakes when cool.
Sprinkle dried parsley on the frosting and decorate with a doggie treats (optional)
