Hi Lorraine,
If you look at the top of the page, look for U.C.P on the right, you can click on that and edit your info and add avatars etc.

Hi Lorraine,
I might be able to help you, when you go into your profile and add your location etc just underneath the box with the info a red and green box appears click on it and a green tick will appear, click on the green tick and it verifies the info!! To do your avatar click on u.p.c at the top o this pageand follow the instructions.
